Aaron Bove specializes in the sale of multifamily buildings, mixed-use properties, and urban land across San Diego County, while also facilitating 1031 exchanges into larger apartment complexes or net-leased assets in better locations or with higher cash flow—both in and out of California. With a focus on delivering value through strategy, service, and execution, Aaron consistently produces superior results for his clients.

Over his career, Aaron has almost $1 billion in real estate sales, completed nearly 700 transactions, and has been one of the top multifamily, private client brokers in San Diego over the last 20+ years. This unmatched volume gives him superior insight into pricing, underwriting, and negotiating deals in every type of market condition.

Aaron leads a highly specialized multifamily team that includes a dedicated financial analyst, an operations director, and four licensed agents. This structure allows him to remain hands-on with his clients while maintaining efficiency, responsiveness, and results at scale. From valuation to closing, his process is rooted in client goals, transparency, and value creation.

A graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Aaron began his real estate career with a multifamily developer in Cincinnati before relocating to San Diego in 2001. He now holds the title of Executive Vice President at Colliers, where he continues to drive results for clients across the region.

Aaron has remained active in the professional real estate community, having served as Vice President of the Commercial Realtors Association (CRA) of San Diego, Director of the Special Assets Services Group (SAS), and exclusive point of contact for a major California-based savings and loan.

Aaron’s reputation as a mentor, coach, and dealmaker has made him a cornerstone in the Southern California investment sales landscape.
