Theo von Posern is an emerging real estate professional with experience across investment sales, leasing, and property marketing. A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he studied Communication with a focus in Technology Management, Theo brings a strong analytical and business-oriented approach to commercial real estate.

He has developed hands-on experience underwriting transactions, conducting market research, and supporting deal execution, with a focus on identifying buyer and seller motivations and positioning assets effectively. His background also includes exposure to the full leasing lifecycle, from prospecting and tours to negotiations.

In addition, Theo has worked extensively in real estate marketing and operations, coordinating property tours and producing high-quality visual content for luxury residential assets. Fluent in Spanish and holding a California Real Estate Salesperson License, he brings a disciplined, client-focused approach and strong communication skills to every assignment.
