John Lochrie is an Associate with The Bove Investment Team at Colliers, specializing in multifamily and land redevelopment throughout San Diego County. He brings a strong foundation in sales, leadership, and strategic growth, having spent three years building and managing high-performing teams in the solar industry.

With a family background rooted in real estate development, particularly in land use, zoning, and urban planning, John combines practical experience with a passion for shaping San Diego’s built environment. His approach integrates market intelligence, financial analysis, and long-term development vision to help clients uncover and maximize value across every stage of the investment cycle.

John is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate at the University of San Diego, where his studies focus on real estate finance, development strategy, and market analytics. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Colorado and is an active ULI Etkins Scholar and NAIOP member.
